iOS Device Specifications

The FxPro mobile app requires iOS 12.0 or later and supports iPhone models from 6s onwards, iPad Air 2, iPad Pro, and newer devices. It occupies approximately 45 MB on installation with additional storage for cached market data. To maintain smooth operation, we advise at least 500 MB of free device memory. Devices with 3 GB RAM or more deliver optimal performance, though minimal requirements are met with 2 GB RAM.

Android Device Requirements

Android users must have version 6.0 (API level 23) or newer. The app is compatible with ARM64 and x86 CPU architectures, supporting brands such as Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, and Google Pixel. The initial download size is 38 MB with extra space allocated for data caching. Devices with at least 2 GB RAM can run the app, with improved responsiveness on 4 GB RAM or higher.

iOS App Store Installation

To install on iOS devices, open the Apple App Store and search for “FxPro”. Tap “Get” and authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or Apple ID credentials. Download times typically range from two to three minutes on a standard Wi-Fi connection. After installation, launch the app and connect to the internet to synchronize market data and verify your account.

Google Play Store Setup

Android devices require searching for “FxPro Trading” in the Google Play Store or using the link on our website. Tap “Install” and grant permissions for storage, internet access, and notifications. Some optional permissions include camera access for identity verification and location services for regulatory compliance. The app will download and install within a few minutes depending on connection speed.

Account Setup and Login Configuration

Creating an FxPro account on mobile is straightforward. After launching the app, select “Register” and input a valid Namibian email address and a strong password. Provide your full name, date of birth, phone number, and address matching your official ID documents. The system requires this data for regulatory compliance and identity verification.

Chart Types and Timeframes

Our mobile charting tool supports six chart styles: candlestick, bar, line, Heikin Ashi, area, and hollow candlestick. You can select from 15 timeframes, ranging from 1-minute intervals to monthly views. The application automatically optimizes chart data loading for your device’s screen size and timeframe selection.

Technical Indicators and Drawing Tools

More than 50 built-in technical indicators are available for analysis, including RSI, MACD, moving averages, and Bollinger Bands. Users can customize parameters to suit different strategies. Order Management and Execution

Order Types and Entry Methods

The FxPro mobile app supports market, limit, stop, stop-limit, and trailing stop orders. Traders can enter orders via the Trade tab or directly on charts using one-click trade execution. Each order ticket presents real-time pricing, margin requirements, and estimated profit or loss before confirmation. This transparency helps manage risk effectively.

Position Monitoring and Modification

Open trades appear in the Portfolio tab with live profit/loss figures and trade details such as entry price, position size, and swap fees. Tap a position to adjust stop-loss or take-profit levels or to partially close the trade. The app automatically monitors margin levels and alerts users when margin is low.

Funding and Account Management

Users in Namibia can deposit funds using bank transfers, credit/debit cards, electronic wallets, and cryptocurrencies. The FxPro Wallet allows instant internal transfers between sub-accounts. Deposit minimums start at $10 for standard accounts and $100 for Raw+ accounts. Most payment methods process instantly except bank transfers which require 1-3 business days.

Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within 24 hours. Electronic wallet withdrawals finalize within hours, while bank transfers may take several business days depending on the banking institution.

The FxPro mobile app applies multiple security layers including biometric login (fingerprint/face ID), PIN codes, and passwords.
